Age restricted
Vape TX
The Vape TX wholesale category provides a Texas-focused starting point for qualified retailers evaluating age-restricted inventory for their stores. It is designed for convenience stores, smoke shops, and other lawful retail operations, not for consumer purchasing. Public category information stays at the category level so that eligibility can be established before detailed catalog access is provided. Warner sells this category only to licensed, approved retailers whose authorized buyers are at least 21 years old. Depending on the business and its location, appropriate sales-tax, resale, tobacco, vapor, or other permits may be required. Retailers remain responsible for determining which authorizations apply to their operations.
Orders are handled from Houston, making this category relevant to eligible Texas accounts while still subject to destination and account controls. Availability to a business is determined through the existing account review and the laws that apply where the order will be received and resold. Approval is not a promise that every destination or category request can be served. Once signed in, eligible buyers can review the full catalog and current commercial terms. Orders completed by noon Central Time may enter same-business-day processing if review, payment, inventory, carrier, and compliance conditions are complete. Processing and delivery dates remain estimates rather than guarantees.
