How to request data deletion

You can request deletion of the personal and business information Warner Wireless Gears holds about you at any time, free of charge.

To submit a request, email admin@warnergears.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The full business name on the account
• The account contact email (the address we have on file)
• The phone number associated with the account (if applicable)
• A brief description of which information you want deleted, or "all my data" if you want a complete deletion

What we delete

When you submit a verified data deletion request, we permanently remove from our systems:

• Your account profile and contact information (business name, contact name, address, email, phone)
• Order history, transaction records, and payment configurations
• Communication records (call recordings, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails)
• Marketing communication preferences and opt-in/opt-out history
• Saved product preferences, search history, and platform usage data

What we may retain (and why)

To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, we may retain a limited subset of records after a deletion request:

• Sales transaction records required by IRS / Texas sales-tax regulations
• Records related to age-restricted product purchases (vape, hemp, kratom) where state regulation requires retention
• Communication records subject to active legal hold or regulatory subpoena

Where retention is required by law, we will tell you what categories of data we are retaining and the legal basis for retention. All retained data is segregated from active business use and is automatically purged at the end of the legal retention window.

Response timeline

We acknowledge data deletion requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request. If we are unable to complete deletion in 30 days (for example, while we verify the request or extract data subject to legal hold), we will email you with a status update and a revised completion date.

Verification

To protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests, we will verify your identity before processing. Verification typically means replying to a confirmation email sent to the address we have on file, or confirming details only the legitimate account holder would know. We will never ask for your password, social security number, or full payment information during verification.
