If you own a gas station or convenience store in Houston or anywhere in Texas, chargers and cables are some of the steadiest impulse sellers on your counter. Pew Research Center reports that 91% of U.S. adults own a smartphone, so almost every customer at the pump is a possible charger buyer. Texas also has more c-stores than any other state, 16,416 at the end of 2024 according to the 2025 NACS/NIQ TDLinx store count, so a store that runs out of the right cable loses that sale to the station across the street.

This guide is for owners and buyers who already know which chargers they want and now need to buy them wholesale in bulk: by the case, by the loaded display, or by the pallet. If you are still choosing products, start with Wholesale Phone Chargers & Cell Accessories in Houston and browse the full cellular accessories catalog. Then come back here to plan order size, splits across stores, receiving and reorders.

Step 1: Size the order to your stores, not to the price break

Bulk buying only pays off when the stock sells before it ties up too much cash or shelf space. Before you pick an order size, write down three numbers for each store:

  1. Hooks or slots you can give to chargers and cables.
  2. Units sold per week for your top charger and cable SKUs (from your POS, or a two-week count if you don't track it yet).
  3. Days between restocks, meaning how often you or a manager can realistically reorder or pick up.

A simple target for each SKU is: weekly units × weeks between restocks + a small safety buffer. If that number is smaller than a case pack, the case pack is your order. If it is several case packs per store across several stores, you are in loaded-display or pallet territory.

Step 2: Pick the order format

Case packs: single c-stores and new SKUs

Most single-location gas stations should buy by the case. Our cellular accessories typically ship in 12-pack and 24-pack cases, and the exact pack for each item is shown on its product page after sign-in. Case packs let you:

  • test a new connector or charger style without committing a large amount,
  • keep backroom stock small, and
  • reorder only the SKUs that actually move.

Loaded displays: opening or resetting stores

A loaded display arrives already filled, so a store goes from empty counter to a full charger set in one step. It is the fastest way to open a new location or reset several stores the same way.

After the first set, refill the display with case packs of whatever empties first.

Pallet-size orders: multi-store groups and resellers

Owners running several stations, chain buyers and resellers who supply other Texas stores can ask our sales team about pallet-size orders. Send the assortment you want and the team will confirm what can be combined, along with pricing and availability. We don't publish pallet pricing or minimums; they depend on the mix.

Step 3: Build the bulk assortment

A bulk order should mirror what your customers carry, not everything in the catalog. A practical structure:

Group What to include Why it matters in bulk
Car chargers USB-C and dual-port Usually the fastest mover at fuel locations, so it deserves the deepest stock
Cables USB-C and Lightning, two lengths Low unit cost, frequent add-on to a charger sale
Wall adapters Single and dual-port Travelers and drivers charging overnight
Power banks e.g. Warner 10000mAh power bank Higher ticket. Order shallower until sell-through is proven
Wireless chargers e.g. NCC 3-in-1 wireless charger, NCC line Step-up item. Keep a few facings rather than deep stock

Weight the order toward the top two rows. Slow-moving step-up items are where bulk buys most often go wrong.

Step 4: Split one order across several stores

Multi-store owners often buy once and divide. To keep it fair and simple:

  • Use the same planogram everywhere so each store gets the same SKUs in the same hook positions. Training and reorder sheets stay identical.
  • Split by sales, not evenly. Give a high-traffic highway store more depth than a neighborhood c-store.
  • Hold back a small reserve at the store or location you restock from, and use it to fill whichever store runs out first.
  • Track by store. One sheet per location with received, sold and on-hand counts shows quickly where to send the next cases.

Step 5: Receive, store and protect bulk stock

Bulk stock only earns money once it's on the hook. When an order arrives:

  1. Count against the invoice before the cases go to the backroom.
  2. Label cases by SKU and date so older stock goes out first.
  3. Keep backroom stock in one place and limit who can pull from it. Small accessories are easy to lose. See Cutting Shrink on Small Accessories for counter habits that help.
  4. Refill hooks daily during busy periods. An empty hook with stock in the back is still a lost sale.

Step 6: Restock from Houston

Being close to your wholesaler makes bulk buying easier to manage.

  • Pick up in person. Houston-area owners can come to our showroom at 10165 Harwin Dr Suite 190 to see the displays and collect orders. Plan the trip with the showroom visit guide.
  • Ask about delivery options. Terms depend on your location and order size, so our team confirms them with each account.
  • Reorder on a rhythm. A fixed weekly or biweekly reorder day keeps stock steady. Our gas station and convenience store pages cover the rest of the counter.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for bulk chargers? Order requirements depend on the product and order type. Contact our sales team with the items you want.

Can I mix SKUs on a pallet? Ask us. Tell the sales team the assortment you want and they will confirm what can be combined in one pallet-size order.

Should a single gas station buy a pallet? Usually not. Most single stores do better with case packs or one loaded display plus case-pack refills. Pallet-size orders suit multi-store groups and resellers.

Do you supply chain stores and resellers across Texas? Yes. We work with single-store owners, multi-store operators and larger groups in Houston, across Texas and in the contiguous U.S.

How do I see wholesale prices? Pricing is shown to approved accounts. Start with Open a Wholesale Account.
